Officina Museo Ducati Mini Fountain Pen
The Ducati Foundation and Giuliano Mazzuoli present the Officina Museo Ducati collection, a line of writing instruments completely handcrafted in Florence, Italy. Opened in 1998, the Ducati Museum houses the motorcycle manufacturer’s entire racing history. The product line is inspired by the tools used in Mazzuoli’s grandfather’s bicycle workshop at the beginning of the 1900’s. This passion and history combined with mechanical excellence and a long tradition of motorsport created the synergy from which the Officina Museo Ducati collection was born. Each pen is sculpted from a solid bar of red anodized aluminum and polished chrome into three “tool” finishes: Micrometer, Threaded or End Mill. The unique clip is adorned with two rivets. Mini Officinas are available as a fountain pen with a firm, stainless steel nib, capped ball pen/rollerball or a 2mm pencil/ballpen. With threaded caps and ends, the pens measure only 4 3/8” when closed; 5 1/2” with the cap posted. Also available is the large Officina 4 Ways in End Mill finish, an innovative instrument that offers four functions in one pen. You’ll appreciate the sturdiness and meticulous craftsmanship of these mechanical writing treasures! Each piece in the Museo Ducati collection is packaged inside a retro-style box. Specify finish when ordering. Cartridge fill only.
