The new Aurora Optima Demonstrator has nothing to hide with its transparent resin body and cap and gleaming appointments in polished chrome. The Optima is a superb rendition of an Aurora model from the 1930’s – it’s refined style, comfortable feel and excellent ink delivery have made it a popular choice for fountain pen writers ever since! The crystalline finish on the Demonstrator lets you see the inner workings of each instrument, including the piston filler fountain pen and its fascinating double reservoir that gives you an extra page of writing when the ink runs low. The limited edition fountain pen has an 18K white gold nib in regular or Italic Medium points. The series also includes a capped rollerball and the unique sketch pencil with thick, 5.6mm lead. The limited edition numbers can be found etched on the crown, in your choice of Clear or marbled Red Aurolide accents. Fountain pen is limited to 1,936 pieces worldwide (the year the Optima was introduced) and 936 each of the matching rollerball and pencil. Fountain pen is bottle fill only.
