CARTIER SANTOS EXCEPTIONAL BALLPEN

This year brings the Exceptional Santos, a tribute to Louis Cartier’s friend, the Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont – the inspiration for the first Santos wristwatch. The timeless style of the watch and its design motifs are re-interpreted by Cartier with this exceptional pen crafted in solid 925 sterling silver with gold-plated details. The aviation theme is depicted in the 59 solid gold screws riveted to the pen’s “fuselage”, the
propeller-shaped clip and crown, and the unique propeller design engraved on the solid 18K gold fountain pen nib. A Santos ballpoint pen is also available. Each Exceptional Santos is limited to 1,904 pieces (the year the Santos watch was launched) and is dedicated to lovers of aviation, adventures and exceptional achievements!
