Krone’s Thomas Edison Limited Edition writing instrument pays tribute to Edison’s invention of the light bulb, the basic foundation of today’s technology.
The cap’s fine Italian resin is shaded from dark to light, housing a functioning light bulb. Edison’s distinct autograph decorates the sterling silver band at the base of the cap. The barrel, featuring a hand painted portrait of Edison, is highlighted with a gilded light done in gold leaf. The pen’s blind cap is fashioned as the base of a light bulb.
