You must be 100% satisfied with your purchase or you may send it back for a full credit, refund or exchange. Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging. Our return policy is to refund or credit the amount of the merchandise returned plus any applicable sales tax.
Return & Exchange Conditions
All items returned properly under this policy are eligible for a refund, credit or exchange as requested by the customer. If a refund is desired, you will be reimbursed in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to be shipped back to Fahrney's, processed and the exchange order or refund to be delivered to you. Postage will be charged on exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made in shipping. We do not accept returns on the following items:
• Special Orders
• Engraved Items
• Corporate Orders
• Excessively used or damaged products
• Limited Editions without the factory seal intact
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item to Fahrney's Pens:
1. The returned items must be in new condition and shipped in the original box with all warranty cards. Please empty fountain pens of ink before returning.
2. Complete the form on the reverse side of the packing slip and enclose it with the merchandise for return.
3. Help us improve our service and quality by noting the reason for your return in the section indicated on the form.
4. Affix a return- shipping label, from the back of your original packing slip, on the package and cross out any other markings or text on the package. Ship the return pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price of the item by U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS or any other trackable carrier.
