Our return policy is to refund or credit the amount of merchandise returned. Postage will be charged on exchanged unless we have made a shipping error or the item is defective.
If a refund is owed, we will send you a check or credit your credit card, according to how you paid for the original order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to be delivered to us, processed and the new order or refund to be delivered to you.

1. Complete the form on the reverse side of the packing list and enclose it with the merchandise for return.
2. Help us improve our service and quality by noting the reason for your return in the section indicated on the form.
3. The returned items must be in new condition and shipped in the original box with all warranty cards.
