Very retro of post WWII pen.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item?

Very impressed as I recognized the design and color of my father’s Parker, fountain pen, nib marked Parker Duofold made in USA. Identical except lacking the gold ring above the nib. His pen is engraved with his name. He was in the Army 1947-67. There must be a story. Wonderful to see your pen dedicated to Eisenhower.
