Customer Comments
"About three years ago I bought a Sailor fountain pen, and when it arrived I realized that there was something about it that I didn't like. The return process was easy, and no questions asked, my money was refunded. About 3 months ago, after having some experience with a sailor pen belonging to a friend of mine, I knew more about what I wanted and bought a Sailor 1911 L. I called customer service to make sure it was in stock. The woman customer service agent was so nice and very professional and said it was not in stock but they would hold one for me when they arrived. I was impressed with customer service! The pen was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and I am thrilled with it! I will always buy from Fahrney's now, because of customer service, and a great return policy, just in case I purchase a pen that is not what I expect! You can't ask for more than that!" - Verified Buyer, May '24
