Porsche Design P'6360 Flat Six Automatic Chronograph Men's Watch Steel Band
For over 30 years, Porsche Design has developed timepieces that consistently set new standards, with innovative functions, remarkable materials, pure, exciting design concepts and absolute perfection down to the very last detail. Adhering to the ‘function follows form’ principles of its founder, Prof. F. A. Porsche (who conceived the legendary Porsche 911 more than 40 years ago), this new line of watches will be an exceptional experience to own and to wear.
The Flat Six P'6360 Automatic Chronograph takes its design inspiration from the Porsche 911 flat boxer engine with six horizontal cylinders. Three subsidiary dials are positioned on the left-hand side: a 30-minute counter at 12 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock and a small second dial at 9 o’clock. At the 3 o’clock have two openings, one for the weekday, the other for the date. Even the small scales on the totalisers are easily readable, since the watch has a diameter of 44 millimetres. A tachymeter scale has been engraved on the bevelled inner bezel. It can be used to measure speeds of 50 to 330 km/h. Time is kept by an ETA 7750 chronograph movement with a frequency of 28,800 beats per hour. When not worn, the watch has a power reserve of 42 hours. The case and watch band are in shot-blasted and polished stainless steel. Buckle one on and fasten your seat belt!
