Caran D'Ache Black Edition, there is one color that stands the test of time and fashion while symbolizing both power and elegance: black. Caran d'Ache is celebrating the timeless essence of this color in its Black Edition collection, consisting of six writing instruments in a total monochrome look. The Geneva-based company unveils a special-edition metal case containing the 849™ Black Code ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil. Furthermore, Caran d’Ache has expanded the iconic 849™ family to include three new full-black instruments: the Fixpencil™, the 849™ fountain pen and a brand new 849™ XL ballpoint pen. To pay tribute its century-old know-how, Caran d’Ache is also presenting a Haute Écriture item. The Ecridor™ Black Strates ballpoint pen, which is included in the Ecridor™ permanent collection, is characterized by its complex guillochage and unstructured lines, enhanced by a matte black chrome finish. In its gift set version, it is accompanied by a leather holder bearing the same motif as on the body of the pen.
