With great pride, S.T. Dupont preserves the knowledge of its master craftsmen that have passed their skills in lacquer work and expertise in goldsmithing down from generation to generation in this meticulously crafted collection. The decorative Firehead Guilloche is created by an engine-turning process that engraves very precise, intricate, geo- metric patterns into an underlying metal that in turn reflects the light through the overlay of natural Urushi lacquer creating a stunning display of light and color. The large Line D pens are offered in three stunning lacquer colors: Emerald and Amber accented in gold vermeil trim, and Amethyst with palladium fittings. Available as a fountain pen with Dupont’s 14K gold nib, and as a capped rollerball, the pens feature the brand’s signature ‘ping’ closure, Dupont blazon logo on the articulated clip, ‘D’ insignia on the top of the cap, and a fluted metal grip section.
