I have been using the M800 roller ball since 1999 when I received it as an anniversary present from my wife. It's a perfect weight and size for my hand and the refills consistently provide a steady flow and that fountain-pen-feel while still letting you make carbon copies. This most recent order, however, I thought I was ordering a dozen and received a single refill. Not my best moment . . . And surprise and kudos to everyone: I received the same efficiency and promptness on this order that I received when there wasn't a medical emergency going on. Stay safe, y'all.

If you write a lot, this refill is perfect. It flies across the paper, and my hands don't get tired and cramped. It use it in Pelikan, Taccia and Rotring rollerball pens. Absolutely. Never stop making these! Better than other refills.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item? Since it is the only refill available I am stuck. Uneven ink flow. Skips a lot. This is a very expensive pen refill. I am disappointed. Average or less than average. I have $2.00 roller balls that perform better than this. I think this is why I had "retired" the pen this refill fits. Obviously, it is not functioning up to standard. I have had this problem before with this refill.
