What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
The assembly of this journal is good but the reason I give it such a low rating is that the paper is very thin. If you want to write wih fountain pen then you will have a lot of bleed through on the page to the next page. With a ball point pen the journal would probably be fine. Another thing that I did not like is the journal does not lay flat when writing which means you have to fight the journal in order to write in it.
The quality is fine just not well thought out in design and execution.
Fahrney's should think about carrying Leuchtturm1917 or Exacompta journals with 90g and 100g paper respectively which makes them very fountain pen friendly.
