Fahrney’s is thrilled to be the first retailer to bring our
newest vendor partner, Gravitas, to the U.S. market! Ben
Walsh started Gravitas in 2015 - originally making his pens
out of concrete! That might sound surprising, but making
pens out of unique materials is something that Ben is very A
much still doing. He partnered with Pen Venture in Romania
to help him optimize his fulfillment process so he could
focus on continuing to innovate and design. To launch
Gravitas in our catalog, we’re offering three unique styles.
The Ultemate Vac, a revolutionary design and Gravitas’ first
foray into advanced filling systems, sets a new standard for
durability by integrating titanium in critical areas, and using
high-performance ULTEM resin. The nib is a steel size #6
designed and manufactured by Gravitas. The Ultemate Vac is B
constructed with threaded components and gaskets, making
it easy to maintain and offers an ink capacity of over 2.5ml.
The Entry Dark Green fountain pen is expertly designed
for both novice and experienced writers. Machined from
a single block of aluminum and anodized to an appealing
dark green, the Entry is lightweight and precisely balanced
for seamless writing. The Dinkey Rainbow Skittle fountain
pen is small, portable and handy, crafted in aluminum with
a PvD coating displaying a full spectrum of colors. Entry and
Dinkey pens hold a Gravitas #6 steel nib.
