Can you hear the opening clarinet solo from Rhapsody in blue when you look at my clip? His iconic music was loved everywhere, from Broadway to the most prestigious concert halls – and it still is some of the most-performed music in the world today. My design brings you back to the 1930s -1940s – a cultural golden era in New York.

The Gershwin pen features a clarinet clip, a cap ring that is engraved with the Brooklyn Bridge and Gershwin's signature, the cap and barrel are a deep black precious resin. The barrel features a blue ink-viewing window. The nib is rhodium-coated 14k gold  with an engraving of a stylized skyscraper. The cap ring has the Brooklyn Bridge and his signature.  Bottle fill only.
