Every fall monarch butterflies migrate south across North America traveling as much as 3,000 miles for the winter. This phenomena is considered “ one of the greatest natural events on Earth,” says National Geographic. One of our most beautiful special editions to date, the Wings of the Monarch is decorated with black and white spotted wings printed over a translucent orange lacquered barrel framing the brilliant wing markings and smaller turquoise butterflies. Finished with stealth black trim and topped with a butterfly on the cap finial. Our Monarch rollerball was an immediate sell-out last year; this year we offer a matching fountain pen with steel nib and pencil with 1.1mm lead and eraser.
