The pen’s have a 8-sided, faceted shape following the rules of Divine Proportion, codified by Leonardo da Vinci under the patronage of the Medici. The palladium-plated central band is chiseled with a symbol of the Medici. The Medici was an Italian banking family, political dynasty and royal house that reigned during the 15th century in Florence.
