still trying to decide if I keep it or send it back;the pen is a bit disappointing.
Overall

the pen has some heft, and I thought its styling matched pieces of a Pen and pencil set I have owned for 25 years (bought from Fahrney's) but despite the design, the pen feels flimsy, and the nib too stiff (I was replaacing a gold nib with gold plated steel one in this pen). I am not sure it is the same quality of writng I have been used to in a Waterman pen.

the styling is terrific, and the barrel feels hefty, yet the barrel joint with the nib seems really weak. not sure they design has figured out the balance.

it is like any fountain pen with a replaceable ink supply. (I was disappointed it did not come with a piece to use with an inkwell, as opposed to replaceable Waterman refills. the cap fits snugly and the cap easily fits on the pen end while writing.

I would think it seems about $30-40 overpriced
