The barrels are hand-turned from a solid bar of brilliant golden-orange pearlized resin. Each one is entirely handmade and threaded for perfect junctions. The central ring in solid 925 sterling silver is painstakingly engraved by a master silversmith. The medium-size fountain pen has a solid 14K gold nib that writes like a dream. Unthread the blind end-cap off the barrel to reveal a piston control knob that draws ink directly from the bottle. A transparent ink resevoir lets you check your ink level at all times.
