Nettuno Limited Edition God of the Sea Fountain Pen
NETTUNO 1911 “GOD OF THE SEA – FIRST LIMITED EDITION “ 100% handmade in Italy.
Limited to only 888 worldwide.

Neptune, king of the sea and water, is one of the twelve gods of Olympus. Granted dominion over all the seas by his brother Jupiter, Neptune has lived in the imagination of artists and educators throughout the world for over 2000 years. The pen is made of special resin turned by hand from solid bars in a deep blue color of the sea. Special metallic elements characterize the body, from the decoration placed at the top of the cap, that represents the waves of the sea, the clip that symbolizes a part of the harpoon, to the two decorative bands that reproduce the movement of sea water. The nib is 18K solid gold with rose gold plating.

In special resin turned by hand, mirror surfaces; threaded cap; clip and trims rose gold plated. The “Converter Special” filling system uses a special threaded converter that allows the pen to be filled like a standard piston fountain pen. Embellished by a gold plating and engraved with Nettuno’s trademark, it can be accessed by unscrewing the blind cap located at the bottom of the pen shaft to activate the piston. The use of standard cartridges is also possible. To use a standard cartridge, unscrew the front writing section, separating it from the pen body, remove the converter by turning it counterclockwise. Insert the standard ink cartridge by pressing into place.
Cartridge/converter fill.
