Introducing the new Quark Zirconium pocket fountain pen, designed to deliver unmatched compact convenience without sacrificing performance. This updated version continues to feature zirconium for the cap, body, and section, retaining the signature satin texture for a distinct tactile feel. Unlike the initial model, the new Zirconium boasts a blacked-out section and updated ACME threads, allowing for easy posting and secure capping without the need for a rubber O-ring.
Designed to be the smallest pen of its kind, the Quark transforms into a full-sized writing instrument when posted. Its lightweight construction and ergonomically balanced section provide a comfortable and effortless writing experience.
With triple-start cap threads, the Quark’s nib is revealed with just 0.5 turns, and the cap securely threads onto the back in only 2 turns when posted. The 22mm-long section, tapering from 9.85mm to 9.0mm, is precisely engineered from grade 5 material, featuring micro-machined grooves and a bead-blasted finish for optimal grip.
Fitted with a Gravitas-produced size 6 steel nib, compatible* with Jowo No. 6 threads and an ABS plastic feeder, the Quark offers a range of nib options including Extra Fine, Fine, Fine Flex, Medium, and Broad.
This pen is also eye-dropper friendly, capable of holding up to 1.5ml of ink or accommodating a standard international ink cartridge.
