Gravitas Pocket Ultem Fountain Pen
A highly portable and durable pocket pen, expertly designed for those constantly on the move. Machined from a solid rod of medical grade Ultem, known for its strength and durability, this material can withstand significant impact without cracking or breaking. Despite its strength, Ultem is lightweight compared to materials and heat resistant. With a satin/frosted texture it shows the inner works of the Sentry and when is converted to an eyedropper shows the ink color in a unique way.
The Pocket’s cap, equipped with triple-start threads, smoothly unscrews in just 1.5 turns, with one side machined flat to act as a practical roll stop. When posted*, the Pocket transforms into a full-sized writing instrument for comfortable use.
*Different from the metal versions of the Pocket, the Ultem version is posting deep and securely without leaving any signs attributed to this procedure.
The 25mm-long section, tapering from 11.85mm to 9.8mm, is made from Stainless steel PvD coated in black color. Enhanced by micro-machined grooves, it provides a secure and comfortable hold during writing.
The fountain pen is fitted with a Gravitas-produced size 6 steel black nib and ABS plastic feeder, compatible* with Jowo No. 6 threads. It offers various nib sizes, including Extra Fine, Fine and Medium. Each Pocket fountain pen includes a standard international cartridge converter.(Fine Flex nib size comes available only in Silver color)
*When swapping for a different nib unit you are sole responsible for checking the fitment of the new nib - we are not responsible for any damages that may occur from the use of non gravitas nibs/nib units.
