The popular mid-size Pelikan Souverän 600 model fountain pen wears a new, slightly translucent material called Red O’ Red. The 'O' is short for ‘over’ - the material looks as if several shades of red are layered over one another creating a cracked marble pattern.

The effect is achieved through a lengthy process - the acrylic material is cast, trimmed and turned, then fitted with its elegant interior. The rich, ruby red fountain pen is beautifully appointed with precious 24K gold-plated accents. The limited production Red O’ Red is available as a piston-fill fountain pen with 14K gold and rhodium nib.
