Expensive but worth every dollar

In 5 decades of using fountain pens, I've learned the ink is one of the most important components of pen reliability. Inferior ink can clog a nib in short order. I recently acquired a Vanishing Point and discovered that its cartridges are extremely limited in color and unique to the pen, so I concurrently scored a bottle of Iroshizuku ink, not realizing it was possibly the most expensive ink in the store (a bottle of ink lasts for a LONG time, and it's been about a decade since I bought any). In short, this ink is well worth the price, and if I live long enough to run the bottle empty I'll not hesitate to buy another. Or maybe I'll just buy another bottle in a different color, since the whole color spectrum seems to be represented. At the technical level, this ink does well with all kinds of paper from expensive bond to cheap crud legal pads. I use a broad nib which can be like a paintbrush on cheap paper, but this ink holds well. No nib clogging either.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
Superior
I never owned a $35 bottle of ink before. However, I learned my lesson — by trial and lots of error — when it comes to fountain pens, no matter how fancy the nibs, they won't write without quality ink.
Consistent and saturated color, flows evenly... you won't be shaking your pen, or dipping it in water, or pumping its piston every 2 sentences when using this ink.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
Expensive, yes, but so far by far the best ink I have ever used.
Yes, as long as you recognize that it is a premium product at a premium price. Great colors, flows perfectly, no clogging.
Excellent.
Does what all fountain pen inks should do; flow smoothly, stay out of the way of the pen so the pen can show its best performance.
