What is your opinion of the quality of this item? .Smooth nib, easy fill and smooth writing, solid barrel and cap seem durable and strong Great design for the dog lover, whimsical pups to cheer you while you are thinking of what to write, Color bright and vibrant. This is a really ealy to fill pen and started to write withour any fuss or mess. Smooth writing every time with no problems getting the ink to flow. Might be a tad high but if you are a dog lover it is worth every penny. Glad that I bought it.
