What is your opinion of the quality of this item? Well made, balances well, and writes well. What more can you say for a pen at this price point? Much like the old Rotring series, but without the high price. Clean and simple. I write a lot at work, and fill out thousands of multipart forms each year,along with all the forms required by the military when a weapon is repaired, and this pen, coupled with a Fisher space pen refill, is wonderful!! If this pen cost twice what it does, it would still be a great value! Great pen, I'm so glad to see that the folks at Retro 51 brought it back. They have wonderful customer service, too!
