What is your opinion of the quality of this item? Quality is quite good, it is much lighter weight than I expected. If you want it because it is a cool collector pen I highly recommend it. Workhorse writing pen, not so much Great looks It is a collectors pen. The cap does not sit well when writing. It is if you like collector pens. There are better pens for writing. I'm very happy with it, I wish it capped better. I ordered a medium nib but got a fine point. I still like it.
