What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
After using this pen for several days, I find it to be an excellent writer with consistent ink flow and a smooth nib (mine is a medium). Although I have never visited the FDR Memorial, I believe the overall design of this pen represents the memorial very well, based on some study of it online. There is great symbolism and meaning expressed here, both in the graphics and tactile features included. If I have any regrets, it is that Fala was not included on the pen, and I feel that his image on the pen cap finial would have been most appropriate. Even so, this pen is a real treasure and a most meaningful addition to the Cherry Blossom Collection. Thanks, Fahrney’s, for making this available.
