What is your opinion of the quality of this item? Looks well built. The top will stay open. "form follows function" It is a nice box to hold pens. What is your opinion of the quality of this item? Extremely well made, every part finished beautifully and works perfectly. Fits all my pens neatly and displays them in a elegant fashion. Absolutely superb value, case cost about 1/2 other competing models and is as nice if not better than most. Appears to be a special deal that Fahrney's gets, made in the USA and the box is marked VOX, but this model isn't in the VOX catalogue and it is considerably less expensive than the equivalent VOX model. Outstanding case, I'm glad I went this route instead of any other models with the same pen capacity. Lovely to look at a really nice piece of furniture. Holds all pens easily including MB 149 and Pelikan M1000 with ease.
