What is your opinion of the quality of this item? This is a very well made product. I have both the ball point and the pencil. Very smooth writing pen. Ingenious design. No problem whatsoever in it's use Since i bought my first Monteverde pen it's been difficult to buy other brands. Excellent pen and pancil in every respect

What is your opinion of the quality of this item? If you measure quality per dollar spent, this pen rates very high. Holding it in your hand you immediately feel the weight and see the precise printing of the ruler. Excellent look to this pen. The finish is exceptional and not expected from a pen at this price. The size works for me and for my wife. She was so excited about the pen (which I gave her as a gift, she got the yellow one and I got the black version) because she could use it with her iPad. The pen clips easily to your pocket yet has firm pressure. In your hand the six sided pen feels easy to grip and your index finger finds the side its grips with ease. The value of this pen is great given the very reasonable purchase price. One of the best buys I have found recently. Both pens I bought were perfect and seem to be very durable given my wife keeps it on her desk and uses it constantly during the workday. The only thing you might want to make sure you do is purchase replacement ink refills as the cartridge is unusual and found in the bottom of the pen barrel.
