It is well made and of high quality. I was searching for a well-made ink pen set that wasn't outrageously priced. As much as I would like to own a Mont Blanc, I cannot justify spening $1500 for a pen (and stay married). This set is very well made, and it made an excellent gift for my daughter, who shares an appreciation for quality writing instruments.

Beautiful--and They Work

Oh, my, what an absolutely beautiful set of pens! More importantly, they work beautifully. I filled the fountain pen with the purple ink that came with the set, and the ink began flowing as soon as I touched the nib to paper--without any skipping or gobby spots. The other two pens--the rollerball and ballpoint--work nicely, too, especially the rollerball. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Since I'm already a huge fan of the Ritma series (my everyday carry is the carbon fiber model w/ an "M" nib and I frequently draw with a Burnt Orange Ritma "F" nib), this looked like a good gift for another pen lover in my family. The results are absolutely perfect. The pens and packaging are spectacular! Farney's quick shipping was an added bonus. Thanks.
