Package was on the counter when I came home from work. I didn't open it until the next morning at breakfast. When the morning sun hit the amber finish resin the entire pen took on a beautiful glow. Many observers have also admired that finish since I began carrying it. I got the ballpoint model which is, by definition, easy to use.
