What is your opinion of the quality of this item? Excellent quality ink. Doesn't clog the pen even if not used for quite a while. Goes on smoothly, dries a little slow, but usually enough to turn the page an not leave a mark on the facing page. Stays nice and bright (I use yellow). Over time it is a great value over burning through felt tip hilighters. My wife bought me the pen and ink over three years ago for my birthday. I was burning through felt tips like there was no tomorrow. I'm a heavy reader and always hilight my books. I'm just now finishing my first bottle of ink. So, in a few more years the whole outfit will have paid for itself over the high volume of felt tips I was using. I am very pleased with the quality of the pen (never had one bit of trouble & is easy to fill) and the quality of the ink. Not a single complaint about any of it. Well worth the investment! Writes smoothly. The pen delivers the ink evenly and quickly, Stays bright, fills easily and quickly. Excellent product, pen & ink, in every way.
