What is your opinion of the quality of this item? Very good for the price. Fits well in my (left) hand. Although I usually prefer a 14k or higher nib, this pen was advertized as being a good pick for traveling and I think after brief use that it will do that job. Cartridge-only fill is something new for a Pelikan FP. I look forward to seeing how that plays out with further use. It is to be hoped that the ink will not leak even at 30,000 feet. So far, so good. My preliminary judgement is that the pen lives up to its price-performance value.
