At its price, this Delta beats all others I own that are in this range by far.
The materials, quality, fit and finish are all superb, similar to pens that are $400-$500 or more. It writes as good as it looks. Very smooth and comfortably, with a wet line.
This is not a small pen! Capped, it's over 6" long and has the girth that is proportional, so it may be too large for a person with small hands. Unlike some other pens this size, though, it's not over-heavy, and the pen feels good in hand, posted or un-posted.
This is my first Delta, but I doubt it will be my last.
