What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
The pen is very sturdy for being a small pen. Easy to write with. Fits in the palm of your hand. Like the rubber grip down at the bottom of the pen. Less likely to slip while you're writing.
Like the design. Does not come with a clip, so you won't be able to put in your shirt pocket. However, with the pen being so small, can put in your pant's pocket.
Very easy to use.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
It is the second Fisher Bullet Grip Space pen I have. I lost the first one.
I also have one Black Rubber Finish Zero Gravity Space Pen
