The ink in these ink cartridges is a very high quality ink. It flows evenly from the pen nib and dries in a relatively short period of time which is a nice convenience.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
These refills fit a pen I've had for a long time but had no ink for. Along comes Fahrney's with 'universal' refills in 15+ colors! And they fit fine. Plus, they were very helpful via email to recommend this product.
