What is your opinion of the quality of this item? The refill works fine. It is indispensable for use of the Lamy Pico pen, because there is not an alternative refill. Use it or lose it. Merchant Response The refills are a little pricy compared to refills for other brands of ball point pens, but if you want the pen you have to buy Lamy's refills.
