What is your opinion of the quality of this item? The ink seems to dry up overnight and requires some work to get the ink flowing. I tried several of the Pelican cartridges in my new Conklin fountain before I tried the cartridges supplied with the Conklin fountain pen . The overnight issue with restarting the flow vanished. I have used ink cartridges from office supply stores which do not carry a prestigious name like Pelican but perform in a much more satisfactory manner. I am disappointed with the product and feel it is not a good value. I am certainly sorry that I purchased two packs of the cartridges. The product preforms satisfactorily during a single work day but presents a substantial amount of frustration the next time you attempt to use your pen.
