"Smooth as silk; close to fountain pen feel"

What is your opinion of the quality of this item?
Parker rollerball fine point refills are about as smooth as any rollerball competitor on the market. The lines they write are consistent without suddenly losing intensity. And the price is reasonable.

It is one of the best you can buy and one of the most reasonably priced.
