. . . not as smart as I think

I have been using the M800 roller ball since 1999 when I received it as an anniversary present from my wife. It's a perfect weight and size for my hand and the refills consistently provide a steady flow and that fountain-pen-feel while still letting you make carbon copies. This most recent order, however, I thought I was ordering a dozen and received a single refill. Not my best moment . . . And surprise and kudos to everyone: I received the same efficiency and promptness on this order that I received when there wasn't a medical emergency going on. Stay safe, y'all.
