What is your opinion of the quality of this item? When advancing refill to the writing position and returning it the pen twists extremely hard. Not all smooth and easy. Very annoying to have to twist so hard. Very hard to advance and return refill. Would be a great value if it worked properly. Nice to have a part of history but wished it worked better.
