What is your opinion of the quality of this item? The pen writes very smoothly. It is comfortable in my hand, plus I think it is very attractive. It is a new design from Sheaffer. I think it is different from there other pens, and, I like the design. It is very comfortable in my hand when I write with this pen. I believe it is well worth the price paid. I have been wanting a purple pen, and, seeing it in person, I believe it looks even better than when you see it on the computer.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item? The fountain pen has great ink flow and is well worth the money. I have several of the fountain pens. I don't think the pen gets the credit it deserves. It looks like a lot of time and design went into the making of the pen. Now that Cross owns Sheaffer, you will be able to get quick service if it ever requires it. I have several and the ink flow is perfect on all of them Very much so. You can spend much more for a fountain pen that is all plastic This is an excellent pen.

What is your opinion of the quality of this item? If the ink flow were better, I'd rate the quality higher. I own many fountain pens and those that write most reliably are Pelikan, Conklin, and Visconti. It seems adequate but a thicker barrel would be more comfortable. I'm still evaluating it but its ink flow has not been satisfactory so far. It's probably overpriced. I'll try using this pen a few more times but if its ink flow doesn't improve, I will have to give it a poor assessment.
